Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the glp1adapt.com website (the “Service”) operated by Erika Chaubert T/A GLP-1 Adapt (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service or purchase our digital products.
 
1. Digital Products and Licence The GLP-1 Nausea & Energy Rescue Kit and all associated materials (the “Product”) are digital products. Upon purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download, view, and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Product.
  • Distribute or share the Product with third parties.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Product.
We reserve the right to revoke your licence immediately if you are found to be in breach of these terms.
 
2. Payments and Delivery All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Whop. By purchasing the Product, you agree to Whop’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours.
Because the Product is a digital download, delivery is instant. You will receive access to the materials immediately upon successful payment completion.
 
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund Policy) We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the Product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@glp1adapt.com with your purchase details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. After a refund is processed, your licence to use the Product is immediately revoked, and you must delete all downloaded materials.
 
4. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (including the Product, text, graphics, images, and audio/video materials), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Erika Chaubert T/A GLP-1 Adapt and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
 
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Medical Advice The Product is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, nor is it a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or your medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in the Product.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Product will be accurate or reliable for every individual.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Erika Chaubert T/A GLP-1 Adapt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or Product;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service or Product.

 

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
